Calimero - 13 Original cartoon stories is an English video release of some shorts from the 1970 series. It was only released in the UK on laserdisc, VHS, and Betamax. The VHS and Betamax versions were released in 1981 and the laserdisc version was released in 1983. It is a pre-cert release. Despite the shorts originating in Italy, the Pre-Cert Video website shows the country of origin as Japan, perhaps due to confusing the shorts with the 1974 anime series (which could also explain the year of the series' making being credited as 1974 despite the shorts being made earlier than that).
